Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Xycom PM-102000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Datacom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Beijer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Datacom such as the USDC595 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UG430HSS1 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T60MEXTER by Manufacturer Beijer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Per-Face Brand PS3711AXPE2GGira01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vartech such as VT084XA equipment made by Vartech have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available PROVIT500AN made by Br as well as the popular qudax original spares produced by Accu-sort

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S17A673A01 by Sankyo and VT084XA spares by Vartech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UMG0212 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fidia.
