Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uniroyal 112-14M-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out V-rock parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Usem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the E30XWNS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VR8795815B manufactured by V-rock and we are pleased to be able to service most V-rock systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U15P2D by Manufacturer Usem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Winsmith Brand 924 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wittenstein such as 2002944 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittenstein" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 917MWNS21000C1 made by Winsmith as well as the popular F304E0623233NE523SEP original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10966 by Von-Ruden and 2002944 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VGC4732CFD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Versa.
