Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS50010109 manufactured by Dolan and we are pleased to be able to service most Dolan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 128755 by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dodge Brand 26A15L14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as 23Q20R56 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 700010790335 made by Dna-Computing as well as the popular SS50010106 original spares produced by Dolan
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26A40L14 by Dodge and 23Q20R56 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMSCB50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge.
