Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck PS400R-403-LUUPN8X-H1141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 X-rite product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the NI8GT18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VB1003MS1052 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VCS500001 by Manufacturer X-rite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Wenglor Brand UF66VCF3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weldotron such as 8233 equipment made by Weldotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weldotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weldotron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BI15CP40FZ3X2B1131 made by Turck as well as the popular DG4V32NMUB660 original spares produced by Vickers

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1042AP2AH320 by Viatran and 8233 spares by Weldotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VCS50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer X-rite.
