Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trans-coil KRF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triamec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Trinity-Microsystems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsi such as the ATS1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSP700 manufactured by Triamec and we are pleased to be able to service most Triamec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS2322000 by Manufacturer Trinity-Microsystems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Trumpf Brand 18066800C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trumpf such as 331000016 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 31H00882 made by Tsubaki as well as the popular 003871Rev00 original spares produced by Treelectronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 49278430000 by Trutzschler and 331000016 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 319A10222 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trw.
