Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toledo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Thomson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toledo such as the M16456CXS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 511H25E1 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TWN100PN by Manufacturer Thomson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thomson Brand SUPER20OPN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tocco such as OL2662 equipment made by Tocco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tocco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tocco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PPA3618B6512NLSX made by Thomson as well as the popular 512P45C3 original spares produced by Thomson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 22150DEE by Timken and OL2662 spares by Tocco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 521H35A600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson.
