Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Teco E510-201-H1FN4S-U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tel such as the 1B8000241111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV16U18M2Q manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC2D124 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Telemecanique Brand TBXESP08C22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tekel such as TK561F10001130S10S equipment made by Tekel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tekel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tekel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9401549 made by Tegimenta as well as the popular LD5LB130 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1903030001 by Teledyne and TK561F10001130S10S spares by Tekel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATS23D16N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
