Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sunx such as the HLC1CM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LEI309300 manufactured by Sumtak and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumtak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFMS318510 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sunx Brand LPDP1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as F2CST25ZG0981 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 116721 by Sukup and F2CST25ZG0981 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT20141A5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
