Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Somic LP 050S-MF1-5-1B1-3S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sprecher--Schuh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spengler-Electronic-Ag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Spirax product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sprecher--Schuh such as the CT6110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 510227 manufactured by Spengler-Electronic-Ag and we are pleased to be able to service most Spengler-Electronic-Ag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 67850 by Manufacturer Spirax as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Spectrum Brand 910009001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Springer such as JC1806P1GS equipment made by Springer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Springer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Springer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 731395BBLM25X25 made by Soprel as well as the popular 2510KR2 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AUTOJET2008 by Spraying-Systems-Co. and JC1806P1GS spares by Springer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original cat723 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sprecher--Schuh.
