Sigma Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Sigma DIAS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sigma DIAS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DIAS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DIAS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the A5104030C3U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EFlexEFDCG4VY manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 430PT by Manufacturer Superior as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Spang Brand E80210000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130G2U4220 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8536SGO1S by Square-D and VT130G2U4220 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
