Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sigma 5JO-5000S-SIL / 5J0-5000S-SIL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the Class8736 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1529F93A05C manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8501XD020XTD1V66 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Square-D Brand 8903SP03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LD4LC030BDLD4LC030BDLD4LC030BD equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 216262 by Dy4-Systems and LD4LC030BDLD4LC030BDLD4LC030BD spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE4017P1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson.
