Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Semequip 010000183 / 010000117 / 010-000183 / 010 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Servo-tek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantage parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sensoray product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Servo-tek such as the BA7107B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK1090LE41D1 manufactured by Advantage and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantage systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Model518 by Manufacturer Sensoray as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew Brand DF26BDRE90L4DH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as 8257221 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DFT71C4TFIS made by Sew as well as the popular 35N903S017 original spares produced by Sequence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3221210E by Sens and 8257221 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 102636C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Serno.
