Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the CIMRV7AU40P71 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VD56B17D135B manufactured by Rotom and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VCOM4 by Manufacturer Rotec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rotronic Brand IWEX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sames such as 1504741 equipment made by Sames have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sames products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sames" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 61G7659 made by Leopard-Lx as well as the popular 426870480 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC740P21 by Saftronics and 1504741 spares by Sames are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIUWN2CP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer R-tec.
