Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rfl 67FS/AM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rieter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robinson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Riese product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rieter such as the 18650080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 240B40003366 manufactured by Robinson and we are pleased to be able to service most Robinson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AR96712100 by Manufacturer Riese as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Abb Brand ABBDSQC532A3HAC181581 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robotron such as 4520003305 equipment made by Robotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2504218REV18 made by R.i.s. as well as the popular K97425E4510Z original spares produced by Ritter

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5604782 by Robicon and 4520003305 spares by Robotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8751 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ri-Research.
