Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro-face APL3000-BA-CD2G-2P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Promess parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pro-face product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion-Controls such as the G10S0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1906901488 manufactured by Promess and we are pleased to be able to service most Promess systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP4401WW by Manufacturer Pro-face as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance Brand 114064 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ransburg-Gema such as A761 equipment made by Ransburg-Gema have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ransburg-Gema products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ransburg-Gema" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QTermP40 made by Qsi as well as the popular 8500300103 original spares produced by Promess

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPV1PANEEZP60PSGBXN by Proportion-air and A761 spares by Ransburg-Gema are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
