Pro Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pro Face and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pro Face include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Face if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Face repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sig-Positec such as the KSO30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FP2600T4224V manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMI10200C2PHMI10200C2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.
