Prism Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Prism JETPACK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Prism JETPACK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the JETPACK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our JETPACK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ratio-Speed-Controller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prosense parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pro-face product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ratio-Speed-Controller such as the NKT105E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FMM501001 manufactured by Prosense and we are pleased to be able to service most Prosense systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DD1PS0002901 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well.
