Our services for the Primatics PGL Series include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PGL Series if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PGL Series repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Protel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Purup parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Printronix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Protel such as the AVW400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5803132S manufactured by Purup and we are pleased to be able to service most Purup systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCB110960001REVFPCBA110500001AL by Manufacturer Printronix as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31B5360200 by E+h and 110494004 spares by Prolog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
