Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prem Assy 60122G 207 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Protection-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Klockner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the PSQS15100780 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7256BT3015NRE manufactured by Protection-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Protection-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS4271MM1 by Manufacturer Klockner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Presstech Brand 7606299000H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Protectoseal such as 4400500300 equipment made by Protectoseal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Protectoseal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Protectoseal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 60000013 made by Process-Control as well as the popular 463000015 original spares produced by Stearns

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L3515 by Princo and 4400500300 spares by Protectoseal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KK53005L50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Protechna.
