Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter T9AS5D12-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dropsa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the MORA1AAE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3135039 manufactured by Dropsa and we are pleased to be able to service most Dropsa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9969D96G04 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Telemecanique Brand TSXDMF344A34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tyco such as 3SAE2008A2 equipment made by Tyco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tyco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tyco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XPSVN3442 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular PC101150 original spares produced by Telemotive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PSSUA by Tapeswitch and 3SAE2008A2 spares by Tyco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 57288531 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea.
