Pat Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pat KMD and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pat KMD include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the KMD if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our KMD repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rechner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pepperl product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the IAS1023SM22PTFE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 418278 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ50FPA2P4 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Promess Brand 83421 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
