Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Parker PC15-3T2-WFA-BD3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sanyo-Denki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMG30A6AAB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S1252V manufactured by Rotac and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMMBA55042 by Manufacturer Sanyo-Denki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ris Brand RA2834 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yamaha such as SRC2 equipment made by Yamaha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yamaha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yamaha" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R88DRA10P made by Omron as well as the popular TRANS01M040000OP01 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UTR0900400RM07540 by Thomson and SRC2 spares by Yamaha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFS4275002604A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati.
