Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nvent-Hoffman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Numatics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nvent-Hoffman such as the 27194 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRE256SP052FBB manufactured by Nsd and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P2AK30A2JAAA0 by Manufacturer Numatics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nvent-Hoffman Brand 27031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsk such as W1603WF equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NE52 made by Nsk as well as the popular MRS0608FN402 original spares produced by Nsk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS150640ALD2B01P61 by Nsk and W1603WF spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
