Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nidec-Shimpo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the OEW20362MHT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VRKF manufactured by Nidec-Shimpo and we are pleased to be able to service most Nidec-Shimpo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EP1900070 by Manufacturer Namco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nb Brand SWF32GUU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as 198098A06L equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E70070926 made by Namco as well as the popular 293272k000 original spares produced by Nissan
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSP25S by Nb and 198098A06L spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
