Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon PC-L984-785L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qrf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Stromberg product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKD16018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QDAXF manufactured by Qrf and we are pleased to be able to service most Qrf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAFT187CON by Manufacturer Stromberg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Total-Control Brand QPI31200E2PB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as R5A3016U equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWB25991680001 made by Siemens as well as the popular QMX9070RT original spares produced by Atlas-Capco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S6L800TW by Asea and R5A3016U spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R0M0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Portwell.
