Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon PC-L984-785 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Metso product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SEMiX202GB12E4S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RKD514LA manufactured by Oriental-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RMSRS1 by Manufacturer Metso as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand Q172HCPU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Semikron such as SKD5318 equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R43HENAR2NSNV00 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular PM100CHS060 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SERVOPACKCONTROLLER by Yaskawa and SKD5318 spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SBSD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa.
