Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-6300-1002G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Milnor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Middex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Misumi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Milnor such as the 08BSPE1Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WK1 manufactured by Middex and we are pleased to be able to service most Middex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RTSS401402000183 by Manufacturer Misumi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Misumi Brand XYEG60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miki such as SAPIIH equipment made by Miki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 503U00367G52 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 192790 original spares produced by Miller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FSFAD401T9OHF8FAD401T90H by Intelliflow and SAPIIH spares by Miki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A070209H20GDGRDA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
