Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0830-0101G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Miller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Minarik product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Miller such as the 158160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A171SCPU manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XL3025AQ0583 by Manufacturer Minarik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mirion Brand LPDU3SAS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Suruga-Seiki such as B1080 equipment made by Suruga-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Suruga-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Suruga-Seiki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6075 made by Mikul as well as the popular CT16100992 original spares produced by Minco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPS150DC40 by Migatron and B1080 spares by Suruga-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DC00005502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microtrol.
