Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mercoid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Masterflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Master product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mercoid such as the DA70388048 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 755371 manufactured by Masterflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Masterflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FC56WG16A13 by Manufacturer Master as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N6069194 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matrox such as 70070201 equipment made by Matrox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matrox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matrox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available U816900172 made by Marposs as well as the popular 5465E566 original spares produced by Metrix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7271B1106040 by Makino and 70070201 spares by Matrox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
