Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mazatrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Megatorque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Meiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazatrol such as the ML121QN570 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MY manufactured by Megatorque and we are pleased to be able to service most Megatorque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSA1A300A3010 by Manufacturer Meiki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N6649258B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marathon such as 286THTNA7026 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available C863K035 made by Mercury as well as the popular DD4 original spares produced by Mayr-Systeme
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
