Lust Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Lust FIP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lust FIP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FIP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FIP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazatrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Markem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the D65UB004242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML104QT1283S manufactured by Mazatrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazatrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ENM3789 by Manufacturer Markem as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mars Brand 10615 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mazatrol such as ML121QN570 equipment made by Mazatrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazatrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazatrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FR2060 made by Maurer as well as the popular M200S41010 original spares produced by Malema-Sensors

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VF1414L by Lust and ML121QN570 spares by Mazatrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
