Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt 9258-681-MM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Winsmith product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra such as the D0A0601SAM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM38T35N22A manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 930MWT by Manufacturer Winsmith as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sumitomo Brand CHHJ4175Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as BB1683SI132 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A005A007 made by Baldor as well as the popular D651352 original spares produced by Rex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHJS4166DC595 by Sumitomo and BB1683SI132 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMQ12382 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove.
