Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Label-aire 0014581 VER B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ldi-Pneumatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Leeds--Northrup product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lantech such as the QC100465055003202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9904321002 manufactured by Ldi-Pneumatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Ldi-Pneumatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6004007100 by Manufacturer Leeds--Northrup as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Leeds--Northrup Brand 6011303100000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leadshine such as ACH750 equipment made by Leadshine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leadshine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leadshine" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3000477B made by Laser-Applications as well as the popular 351093 original spares produced by Lamb-grays

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 121GN6DZ by Labod and ACH750 spares by Leadshine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V201401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lpfk.
