Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kuka KSD1-16 , 00-122-285 , E93DA552I4B531 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kyokutoh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lamb-grays parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kuka product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kyokutoh such as the MFG745D6RS104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 351093 manufactured by Lamb-grays and we are pleased to be able to service most Lamb-grays systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KPF3V2H250 by Manufacturer Kuka as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lambda Brand 26235310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lantronix such as 310546R equipment made by Lantronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lantronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lantronix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 805 made by Lake-Shore as well as the popular LD1LB030 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S2A122A0717 by Lamarche and 310546R spares by Lantronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A120380 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Landis--Gyr.
