Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kuka 00-114-972 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lambda product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the RRAKP50B07030DXS07 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00163784 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HR115 by Manufacturer Lambda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Landis--Gyr Brand PTM62Q250M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kyocera such as KST1688MPK6ZB2 equipment made by Kyocera have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kyocera products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kyocera" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LUS1124 made by Lambda as well as the popular A10041540010 original spares produced by Lagerplatz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMC15K by Kuka and KST1688MPK6ZB2 spares by Kyocera are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KPS60020REL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuka.
