Kep Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Kep ZOID and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kep ZOID include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ZOID if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ZOID repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Koyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Knick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the CADRW10X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UH157 manufactured by Koyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Koyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2405PH by Manufacturer Knick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Klockner Brand PS4101DD1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Komori such as MTM15DK1B equipment made by Komori have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Komori products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Komori" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LKGC20 made by Keyence as well as the popular PJ50AT original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CE10560 by Kollemorgen and MTM15DK1B spares by Komori are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GLR40HR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
