Iko Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Iko LWL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Iko LWL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LWL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LWL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Infineon such as the FZ2400R7KF6CB2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC71B0PS4C manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAKB40PP by Manufacturer Ina as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ingersoll-Rand Brand 32201527 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
