Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Honeywell 9782P-01-VC-E0000-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bobst product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carel such as the ASDH100000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80058401C manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 704141600 by Manufacturer Bobst as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Balluff Brand fs080080dpn01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumer such as HXC13C equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BTAA11 made by Balluff as well as the popular 0505A20051 original spares produced by Baumer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FSF100A2001 by Baumer and HXC13C spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G230V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley.
