Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems 23416 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Georg-Fischer products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Georg-Fischer such as the 32551P012S6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3600LSSA1A manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FEMLSTR3 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand FFSYA30144C2E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as LIDA407 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H746820 made by Hamamatsu as well as the popular 060G72101TJA original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C7012C7024 by Honeywell and LIDA407 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EP3323 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hokuyo.
