Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge L30-N03-HKH-F8L-H6U-LXX-NXX-SXX-UXX-W7I parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnecraft products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Halmar-Robicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnecraft such as the 103HXX28D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F60G00HCHF8HH6PM8HP6NU8HWXX manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 240ZCFK2 by Manufacturer Halmar-Robicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kmc Brand SAE1112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keithley such as 613009535N equipment made by Keithley have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available EB55069405 made by Namco as well as the popular RC222ABN624A949H01 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM911C by Mitsubishi and 613009535N spares by Keithley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KemetT494D475K050AS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kemet.
