Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Foote-jones LOP-SL-8255-383199 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the PS220010010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the msfd6 manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX8105P3 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cone Brand MVO102A120B6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as R433038255 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M387P2H28150 made by Camco as well as the popular P120480 original spares produced by Cleveland

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R87AKS by Sew and R433038255 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M85014KGA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge.
