Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fireye 60-2470-1 SEE60-08TE-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Harrel-Incorporated product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the CQM1HMAB42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H5CR manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC119AP by Manufacturer Harrel-Incorporated as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Keyence Brand KZL10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as E5LA1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 777518510 made by National-Instruments as well as the popular DC230BEE0A1100000000 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z3SPM08B1D1 by Omron and E5LA1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A20CC55E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
