Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Festo ELFA-KF70-590-0H-DN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fike product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the ESA3506DSA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AU131120 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 272746 by Manufacturer Fike as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fincor Brand Rev in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flo-tork such as A50090CBETMS1SBHN equipment made by Flo-tork have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flo-tork products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flo-tork" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12P0663X03R made by Fisher as well as the popular 2602 original spares produced by Fincor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D0130DE by Foxboro and A50090CBETMS1SBHN spares by Flo-tork are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12P0236X012 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher.
