Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eurotherm 024/PA/115V/AM/BB/X11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Exlar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fadal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Exlar such as the 13242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F208AD2DL205F208AD12 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature mpr0143 by Manufacturer Fadal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Facts-Engineering Brand F204AD1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Extron such as M7604030716 equipment made by Extron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Extron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Extron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2005CDPSTN made by Ewon as well as the popular CP02R040021 original spares produced by Exor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TE10S25A240VHAC by Eurotherm and M7604030716 spares by Extron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 118302723 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Exide.
