Eos Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Eos ProControl and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Eos ProControl include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ProControl if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ProControl repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Altech-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Promptus product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the MVI46MBP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PST96024 manufactured by Altech-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Altech-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature pc1009001 by Manufacturer Promptus as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Prometec Brand SampH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Promess such as DUM405420R96W1A equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7707128 made by Prolog as well as the popular PS90657PLSS3975 original spares produced by Abb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI46HART by Prosoft and DUM405420R96W1A spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2D65617G01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Puma.
