Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Emerson PLC II 1580-4200 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the SC2U1FE1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKDH11612L75 manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC752A00101 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance-Electric Brand PSM125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Frost-Controls such as SF2180 equipment made by Frost-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Frost-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Frost-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKKH21016E made by Semikron as well as the popular RD316T35W original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKKH16118E by Semikron and SF2180 spares by Frost-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDMA5ADA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
