Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heise products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heise such as the 711B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AZ181130 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FFSB14R144S2 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand IC600BF949M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harosyn- such as 11BRW300M10 equipment made by Harosyn- have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FFSB14R084S2 by Honeywell and 11BRW300M10 spares by Harosyn- are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HISO11K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hardy.
