Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eco-worthy ECO-L11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromatic-Photoeye parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ee-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-craft such as the 91011592 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MED10A manufactured by Electromatic-Photoeye and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromatic-Photoeye systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SXCR306 by Manufacturer Ee-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Efector Brand ODCMPK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Edwards such as A53352945 equipment made by Edwards have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Edwards products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Edwards" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 171405 made by Electro-matic as well as the popular EDO200U1AOOA22KO original spares produced by El-o-matic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EL63A25S5 by Eltra and A53352945 spares by Edwards are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS575051ADS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Cam.
