Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynapower DMC20261NYJ-LY-CDE-CKN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eae product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the EMS03D5DBB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECN0531EBAS manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2400A by Manufacturer Eae as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eaton Brand DILM6522 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynisco such as PT462E5M12 equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EMS03D5ABE made by Eaton as well as the popular G86140025MK1 original spares produced by Dynisco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92009700 by Eaton and PT462E5M12 spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BEXCS11005D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer E2s.
