Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Durag D-LX 201 UA-I0/M5/86EX/NPT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dwyer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Danaher-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dwyer such as the RMC134SSV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA62509000101 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3106001000 by Manufacturer Danaher-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Duravalve Brand DM240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dwyer such as MPC205 equipment made by Dwyer have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCC119501 by Durex-Industries and MPC205 spares by Dwyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVME328 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dy-4-Systems.
